AI-Intel.news may update a Development as additional evidence becomes available.

Third-party names, trademarks, publications, source materials, quotations, and linked content remain the property of their respective owners.

AI-Intel.news's reference to third-party material does not transfer ownership of that material to AI-Intel.news.

AI-Intel.news does not currently sell advertising or sponsorship placement.

If advertising, sponsorship, or other commercial relationships are introduced, commercial content or relationships will be identified where appropriate.

Payment or sponsorship will not determine editorial inclusion, Intel Score, Impact, Confidence, Featured placement, or intelligence ranking.

To the extent permitted by law, AI-Intel.news is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

AI-Intel.news does not warrant that the service will always be accurate, complete, current, secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Monte Young and AI-Intel.news will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to use of, or inability to use, the service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, users agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from their unlawful misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

Users may stop using the service at any time.

AI-Intel.news may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse, violation of these Terms, legal requirements, or protection of the service and other users.
