This Privacy Policy explains the information that may be collected when you visit AI-Intel.news, create an account, follow or save intelligence, subscribe to the AI-Intel Digest, or contact us, and how that information is used.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

Depending on how you use AI-Intel.news, you may provide information such as:

  • an email address and account information when creating or using an account;
  • email preferences and subscriptions;
  • Developments, entities, topics, or other intelligence you choose to follow or save;

  • other information you voluntarily provide when communicating with us.

Information generated through use of the service

AI-Intel.news uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site.

Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies and may collect or process information about devices, browsers, interactions, and usage of the site.

2. How we use information

We may use information to:

  • operate and maintain AI-Intel.news;
  • provide accounts and reader features;
  • remember follows, saves, preferences, and checkpoints;
  • deliver the AI-Intel Digest when requested;
  • prevent duplicate or unwanted email delivery;

We do not use a person's subscription to purchase placement or alter AI-Intel.news intelligence rankings.

3. Email and the AI-Intel Digest

Users may voluntarily subscribe to the AI-Intel Digest.

Subscription information is used to provide the requested email service and manage delivery, suppression, and unsubscribe status.

Digest emails include an unsubscribe mechanism.

Unsubscribing stops future marketing/digest delivery to that subscription, although information may be retained when reasonably necessary to maintain suppression records or comply with legal obligations.

Necessary account or security communications, if used by the service, are separate from marketing subscriptions.

Submitting the Contact form does not subscribe the sender to the AI-Intel Digest or another marketing list.

4. Cookies and analytics

AI-Intel.news may use cookies, local storage, or similar browser technologies when necessary to operate site functionality, maintain sessions and preferences, and provide analytics.

Google Analytics may set or access analytics identifiers or similar technologies as part of measuring site usage.

Users can use browser controls and available Google privacy controls to limit or delete cookies or other stored information.

Restricting necessary browser storage may affect some site functionality.

See our Cookies & Analytics disclosure for more detail.

5. Sharing of information

AI-Intel.news does not sell personal information for money.

Information may be processed by service providers used to operate the service, such as hosting, authentication, email delivery, infrastructure, and analytics providers, subject to their respective roles and terms.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect the service or its users, investigate abuse, or protect legal rights.

6. Data retention

Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it is maintained, including providing the service, maintaining subscription suppression, responding to communications, protecting security and integrity, resolving disputes, and satisfying legal obligations.

Different categories of information may have different retention periods.

Messages sent through the Contact form are delivered to us by email and are not stored in a separate contact-message database maintained by AI-Intel.news.
